This is Kaylee from the show "Firefly" (and the movie "Serenity"), played by Jewel Staite. I rushed the detail a bit, didn't feel like doing it all fancy, so apologies for the sloppy.

the face lacks shadow, therefore depth. mainly around the eyes, especially the right-sided eye looks quite a bit too two-dimensional.
